# Voxelizer

The voxelizer can transform 3D models and images into a format that is fully editable within Figmin XR and also generate a more accurate collider.&#x20;

To use the voxelizer, switch to "[Edit mode](broken://pages/hOzfheYUORxANK3tFh5U)" and open the[ options menu](/getting-started/basics/options-menu.md) of the model.

To voxelize a model, adjust the resolution and press Start.&#x20;

Once the process is complete, the new model will appear on top of the original.
